Asli Mohammed
Asli Mohammed, Asli is a mother, wife, beekeeper and owner of an organic farm in Belize. 6 years ago Asli and her husband moved to the beautiful country of Belize in search for a quiet place to raise their family. The move was a part of their goals of living an offgrid, sustainable life in paradise. Once established the goal was to be in a place to share that vision with others. She has continued to expand the family's health and wellness business in Belize which has been previously established in Europe. Being in the wellness field and having the urge to share the empowerment her lifestyle has come with, Asli decided to hold space for small intimate groups of women. The retreats have different themes but are always centered around sisterhood and embarking on a journey within. Asli is a firm believer in the immense power women carry within & wants to hold space for others to give them the chance to tap into that.
Kay "Lady Kay" Lambert
Kay "Lady Kay" Lambert, owner of SunSoulistic, a Feminine Wellness Company designed to help women cultivate peace on and off their period through meditation, nutrition, vaginal steaming, and yoga. She thrives in 1:1 coaching and bringing mindfulness and menstrual education in the corporate setting. Kay started her journey in mindfulness at the age of 16, using meditation as a resource for her anxiety, fear of the unknown, and emotion regulation. As a United States Native, raised by her mother and grandmother, Kay had an attraction to the sacredness of women coming together and the confidence you build when you begin to inner stand yourself. Through the years, she quickly learned her ability to gather women and create a safe space for education, expression, and divine sisterhood.
